Renovation of the existing Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for the creation of 22 patient rooms (including Isolation and Protective Environment Rooms), staff and support areas, and family waiting, sleep and support spaces. Located on the 11th floor of Tower C at the CHST Dallas campus, this space was licensed by Texas Health & Human Services (THHS) and required a completely new MEP design to match the new floorplan layout.
