Tenant finish-out for the expansion of Gartner into an existing 6-story office building.  The project consisted of redesigning the existing variable air volume system to support the new tenant space, providing two air scrubber systems to support a new kitchen and a new cafeteria on the first level, and providing a new outside air system on the first level to support the increased occupant density of the new cafeteria without adding new chases through the existing core.
