This project began with a feasibility study of the proposed space to verify the existing MEP systems included with the lease. Upon favorable findings, the lease was executed and the space was converted to an Imaging Clinic which included a new PET Scan, CT Scan, NucMed Room, Exam Rooms and staff support spaces. Through the duration of this project we coordinated closely with the imaging vendor to ensure the proper MEP infrastructure was installed to serve the new imaging equipment.
