The mechanical design of a new chilled water system to support a new data center in McKinney. The chilled water systems were designed with N+1 redundancy to support a raised floor open data hall configuration cooled with downflow computer room air conditioners to support future data center client needs. The project was provided in phases to support the current client needs in half of the facility as well as allowing the client to double their footprint as their needs expand.
