Renovation of an existing second level office space above existing retail to support a new 36 key hotel in Hyde Park with a center lounge open to hotel guests and the local community.  The hotel is conditioned using a variable refrigerant volume system which supports each room with individual temperature control.  The plumbing systems were designed through the existing tenant spaces below minimizing the impact to each space to allow those tenants to maintain operation throughout the project.
